Returns at FLIVÈRT
We understand that sometimes you may change your mind. Each FLIVÈRT piece is pre-loved, vintage, and carefully selected, often truly one of a kind. Vintage items may show signs of wear consistent with age and previous use, which is part of their character. We therefore ask you to review all photos, descriptions, and measurements carefully before purchasing. Returns based on size, fit, capacity, weight, or personal expectations regarding condition are not accepted.
Any defects, damage, or incorrect items must be reported within 48 hours of delivery; reports submitted after this period will not be accepted. If you decide to return your order, this must be requested in advance and completed within 14 days, provided the FLIVÈRT tag remains attached. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Items sent without prior approval will not be accepted. Once the tag has been removed, the sale is final.
