Shipping & Delivery
Fast & Secure Shipping
Orders placed before 17:00 are packed and shipped the same day. All packages are fully insured and sent with UPS, our trusted partner for safe and reliable delivery. You will receive a tracking code as soon as your order is on its way.
Delivery Times
Within the Netherlands, delivery usually takes 1–2 business days. International orders are also shipped the same day, and the exact delivery time for your destination will be shown at checkout.
Pickup in Rotterdam
Prefer to collect your order yourself? Choose “pickup” at checkout and send us a direct message. You can then pick up your bag in the center of Rotterdam at a convenient time.
Returns & Exchanges
Returns
You may return your purchase within 14 days, provided the item is in the same condition as when delivered: unworn, undamaged and with the FLIVÈRT tag still attached. Returns that do not meet these requirements cannot be accepted.
FLIVÈRT Request Service
Purchases made through our FLIVÈRT Request Service are final. Once you have approved the item, it cannot be returned or refunded.
After 14 Days
Unfortunately, we are unable to accept any returns once the 14-day period has passed.

We work only with trusted suppliers and follow a strict zero tolerance policy: if we are not fully certain, we do not sell it. This way, you can be sure your bag is genuine, timeless and chosen with care.
Warranty & Condition of Product Condition
Warranty & Condition
Because our items are pre-loved and often vintage, no warranty is provided. Any visible signs of wear are always shown and described clearly on the product page, so you know exactly what to expect.
Inspection & Returns
Please check your purchase immediately upon receipt. If you have any concerns, contact us right away or make use of our 14-day return policy, provided the original FLIVÈRT tag is still attached.
Important Note
Once an item has been used, it is no longer eligible for return or refund.
