Refund policy
General
We apply a return policy of 14 days. This means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. After this period, unfortunately, we cannot accept returns. Since we work with vintage and pre-loved items, signs of use may be present. This is part of the unique character of our products and does not constitute a valid reason for return.
Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it: unworn, unused, with all labels attached, including the original FLIVÈRT tag, and in the original packaging. Items where the FLIVÈRT tag has been removed or damaged are not eligible for return. Personalized or specially sourced items (such as via FLIVÈRT REQUEST), SALE or FINAL SALE items, and gift cards cannot be returned.
How to Start a Return
To start a return, please contact us at info@flivert.nl and include your order number. Returns must always be sent insured and registered to the following address:
FLIVÈRT – Hoogstraat 94, Schiedam, The Netherlands.
Items sent back to us without prior request will not be accepted. Please check your order immediately upon receipt and contact us within 48 hours if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, so that we can resolve the issue.
Return Costs
Return shipping costs are at your own expense. For the Netherlands, the following rates apply: orders up to €750 → €9.95, orders from €750 to €2000 → €12.95, orders above €2000 → €14.95. For returns outside the Netherlands, different rates apply; please contact us for details. FLIVÈRT is not liable for parcels lost during return shipping.
Refunds
Once your return has been received and approved, you will receive a confirmation. The purchase amount will then be refunded within ten business days via your original payment method. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund. If a discount or promotion was applied, the actual paid amount will be refunded. If more than fifteen business days have passed since approval and you have not yet received your refund, please contact us at info@flivert.nl.
