Shipping Policy – FLIVÈRT
1. General
We want your order to arrive safely and in good condition. That is why we ship all our products insured and with signature required. Once your package has been shipped, you will receive an email with a track & trace code so you can follow the shipment yourself.
Orders are processed and shipped from Monday to Friday. No parcels are shipped during weekends or public holidays.
2. Shipping Costs
Netherlands

Orders under €150: €4.95 – tracked and insured delivery

Orders from €150 to €500: €10.00 – tracked and insured delivery

Orders above €500: complimentary shipping
Europe & Worldwide
Shipping rates vary by destination and package size. The exact costs will be calculated at checkout.
3. Delivery Times

Within the Netherlands: usually 1 to 5 business days

Within Europe: usually 5 to 10 business days

Outside Europe: delivery may take longer depending on the carrier and customs clearance
Please note: these times are indicative. FLIVÈRT is not liable for delays caused by carriers or customs.
4. Import Duties and Taxes
For orders outside the European Union, import duties, taxes, or other charges may apply. These are always the responsibility of the customer and are not covered by FLIVÈRT.
5. Address and Order Tracking
After placing your order, you will receive a confirmation email. Once your package has been shipped, we will send you the track & trace code.
Did you accidentally enter the wrong address? Please contact us as soon as possible at info@flivert.nl. If the package has already been shipped, we can no longer make changes.
6. Important Information
Always carefully check your address details when placing an order. FLIVÈRT is not responsible for extra costs or delays resulting from an incorrectly entered address.
If a product turns out to be unavailable, we will contact you immediately. You can then choose an alternative or a refund.
